Not a lot of live examples, it is more of a panoramic view of the redis database. In depth in case of covering everything. But not covered every topic that is used. For example, we saw how redis can be implemented in flask, but 0 or none code explanation is given. Redis stream is an amazing thing, but how can I understand the usage if the example is how to stop the sequence of n numbers generated 1 by 1 while being incremented by 1. Could be better. I wouldn't want another course from this lecturer.

The explanation of the keywords in each section was very good. The number of quizzes could have been more. The main thing that should have been incorporated into the course is to showcase the use of Redis in various scenarios that a person can use while tackling real-life coding problems. The examples shown are very less. Please try to incorporate those. I am sure, that would increase the popularity of the course a lot. BTW I would certainly recommend this course to my peers.

It was not clear if there was a way to see if an expired key previously was active. I understood that you would get -2 for expired and non-existing keys, but what does that mean it just goes away without a trace?

Good for beginners like me. I really liked the pace with with Diwakar taught the entire course. It was really a fun learning. I would recommend this course for anyone who is new to Redis. But I think this would be that useful for someone who knows basics of Redis already.

Very good quality and coverage of contents. Few real-world examples like Distributed Rate Limiting, Real time streaming etc. would make it more valuable. One request to Diwakar to make a course on Complete Go Programming in Udemy please.

Good introduction for those just starting on Redis. The explanations of the basic concepts and the commands are clear and concise. I think the Projects could have been more thorough, though they were quite helpful in general. The Streams section clearly deserved a Project, in my opinion.

Great intro to Redis! Although I can't seem to find the PDFs with commands that are referred to throughout the course. I only can see the slides which cannot be downloaded (or I didn't figure out yet how).

The materials are explained well and consistently. There are cheat sheets of commands at the end of each section. Also I am very glad that the subtitles are written manually , and not just auto-generated

Overall it's presented very well. However, a more straightforward explanation would make the videos shorter but still presenting all the salient points - but this is a VERY minor observation. (So far I can't tell WHY anyone would use Redis - it seems very arcane and something I'd expect from the 1980s, like Forth..., but let's continue!)
