The course is designed more for beginners in recruitment. The lecturer reads from the monitor, speaks with hesitations and a lot of empty words. I was expecting something interesting, especially in branding, but there were solid platitudes. Very long and boring. (I have experience in recruitment since 2004).

Title says talent sourcing guide of 2022 but it's not. Lots of things changed since 2014. (Linkedin pages, slides are obviously can tell that these are from older times.)

Sería bueno que esté subtitulado, sobre todo por la pronunciación del tutor (de un país que desconozco, pero no se entienden algunas palabras desde mi punto de vista) También, que el contenido ha sido básicamente publicitario sobre sus servicios, aunque da una mirada del entorno del reclutamiento y su experiencia, no lo veo como un buen comienzo.

He has mentioned most of the closed applications which we cannot use . It’s better to concentrate which new tools we can utilize - especially with plugins . And most the Sourcer s only use office laptops for sourcing purpose so we don’t get change to add the extensions / Add on’s to our Google Crome because office IT security team will not allow us to add . It’s good but not great

Live sessions were definitely helpful .Explanation was in a simple layman terms .This will help anyone learn easily. Most of the chapters have repeated content if this is addressed, it will save a lot of time. Thank you

First and foremost - I loved the technology hacks and it also broadened my horizon on the way recruitment happens internationally. Was wondering if there is any offline course content that we can download and refer when we require. If there could be an India centric course that can be designed - or if they want I can also partner in creating an India Centric recruitment guide in partnership with them. Lastly, a question was - if all the technology hacks are still applicable and relevant in 2020? One of the hacks I tried was not working any more was the LinkedIn Sales Navigator - which is no longer available free - only a paid version is available. All in all - a good learning. I learned and enjoyed!!! Thanks Josef and Recruitment Academy. I am referring it in my HR Circles and a few friends I know - who may be interested.

Too much general information and very many obscure wording. I wanted to get more of practical tools, which are used within this time. If to take away all the spare speech, the course may be shortened by 3-4 times. Too much words, too little information.
