Excellent and a great fit for me. I am into selling and investing in foreign real estate abroad, but the principle are basically the same except for a few minor differences! But there are a few bits and pieces of information, that I wish I would had been provided with? They mention textbook? Which textbook? Also, I get the equations, but he does not explain exactly which keys to press in order to use the Excel program. The course is good and I am learning many things, but only about 40 to 50% of the course’s total information .
