In fact the lecturer explained lesson flow step by step in a appropriate speed so that learner can grasp the subject materials.So then he goes to excel files,having summarized the QB lesson steps,same thing is recorded in the excel files.The student touches the learning materials three times in his explanation process and grasp things easily.In addition the lecturer explains how the student can work with excel sheets as well.He demonstrates very clearly how manually keeps records in excel sheets and prepares financial satements.This is not only learning QB lessons but also learning how to use excel sheets to record business transactions.Hence he teaches Qb and excel for recording business transactions and preparing financial statements.
