Great course to learn tips and tricks regarding pre-sale with a lot of examples from real life cases. Stefan's teaching style is very easy to understand, engaging and straight to the point which I truly find helpful. However, I would love to have more quizzes and maybe some practical introduction test, then have other students/Stefan himself to rate and give feedbacks.

The course was good and it gave me an idea of the basics to be followed. But certain terms were unfamiliar at first and i had to google it everytime since im a beginner. Would be better to explain it. For example B2C warm call etc.

As the title includes 'Presales' I was actually expecting topics like RFP,RFQ, creating and managing proposals but this course is only for bigginers who wants to understand inside sales process and lead generation.
