Description

Qigong is a 4000+ year old practice that brings about oneness of body, mind and spirit. Though it has origins in China, techniques that used Qi (life-force energy) were practiced in India, Japan and other Asian countries as well. Over the years, these proven methods that use meditation, mindfulness, and movement, have come to be replaced by technology, medicine and religious dogmas. But since human consciousness has remained unchanged at the root, these techniques and practices are just as relevant today - if not more in this age of increased stress and detachment from nature. 

Qigong results in enhanced productivity of the individual and increased harmony in teams. the qigong back ground info with qi compare with glucose, oxygen and heat. Really like the effort the author & team put in the transcript. This is way much better that other udemy courses that I purchased.

Sandeep has created a well structured course which I enjoyed immensely. He provides great emphasis on fundamentals of energy, which are very important to appreciate the need for doing the exercises he teaches regularly. I recommend this course especially for corporate professionals.
