New to qi gong but so far, it has been amazing. Jeffrey is a natural teacher and very knowledgeable. His calm instruction and examples are just the right amount for me - easy to follow and I feel encouraged by the results. Plus I love seeing beautiful Victoria as the backdrop. Try it!

Excellent course for me as a beginner of Qi Gong: a fairly short course in which I learned a first set of techniques for a daily workout of five to ten minutes, and a breathing technique for calming myself down whenever I need to. I like the friendly, easy going voice of the teacher and the slow moves, they help me be in the moment. Thank you, great course.

If you are new to Qi Gong, this class is a great introduction. The instructor has a calm, friendly demeanor, and he explains things well. At first I thought this was really a small number of Qi Gong movements, but after trying it for a while, I think having a limited number of simple exercises makes it easy to implement a regular practice. I've been able to stick with it for several weeks now, and it hasn't felt tedious to me yet. Seems a bit like a meditation in motion. This has been a good place to start, and it has inspired me to branch out and learn more about Qi Gong.

I think this is a great intro class to qi gong. The instructor begins by briefly putting qi gong in context with it's history and the relationship between qi gong and chakras, meridian system, breath, specific organs, etc. This is actually unusual and I found it very helpful. There are just a few basic exercises, but they are foundational and provide a lot of benefit. The instructions are clear and specific - easy to follow. Don't be put off by the plucky string soundtrack which is a bit odd. It's great that there are two videos that put the exercises together into a short and long routine - that's really helpful. I think this is a great intro class and the points learned here will apply to any other qi gong course you may take.
