I've followed Peter Baker for a number of years, and have always found his down-to-earth teaching style easy to understand and listen to. After following his advice on starting voiceover work, I've found myself at a stage where I am now presenting to the camera and to audiences on an almost daily basis - so this neat little course on Public Speaking has come along at the right time! Despite having experience at it, I still get nervous, and it's always good to have someone as experienced and seasoned as Peter in your corner to turn to whenever solid, practiced, and effective advice is needed. This course is comprehensive, so take your time - it's broken up into little chunks, each clearly titled so you can pick and choose the advice you need at any given moment. As Peter states at the start, "you get better at something when you do it". With this little course easily in reach and accessible on your phone, Peter is practically in your back pocket, ready to help at any given moment!

I have looked at a few courses but this one seems to be one that explains what I need in a clear and not fussy manner. I have seen Peter Baker's videos on YouTube for years and I trust him and wish to take advantage of his experience. I am so very impressed with Mr Baker's talks. I am learning a lot and the information is very clear. There is plenty here including how to engage with the audience and the section I am looking forward to taking, on improving my voice. I am hosting a major business conference next month and I am confident that this course will assist me a lot. I am more than half way through and feeling very confident. I wanted to train myself to give business speeches as I have just been promoted at my company. I wasn't really inspired by other courses on Udemy, but I was really bowled over by the simplicity and ease of learning with this man. I am over halfway through and extremely pleased.
