Too much emphasis on manipulative techniques; I believe honesty is the best strategy to get people to do what you want. AND PARTICULARLY, the Lowballing technique is downright DISHONEST! This section shouldn't even be in the course; shame, shame!

Excellent course to apply in your business relationships, as well as, your personal relationships. Instructs in the use of techniques to have greater influence in business decisions. As an auditor, will directly apply the techniques in oral presentations of audit results and audit recommendations in written reports.
