Just reading the official PRTG presentation, in a very bad indian english. Lots of background noises, incompetent teacher, as you have to even wait for the whole download time, or if he made errors, he did not even bother to edit his videos. It feels like he does everything to get his video longer. Over all, waste of my time and money!

It is too hard to understand what you're saying (Muttering, low voice and too fast) Plus The Course is already almost 2 years old, I hope you would consider an Update to it with better sound/voice and NARRATING Quality. It's no doubt that you're very knowlegable of the technology and you know what you're talking about but unfortuantly the points mentioned above are affecting the usfulness of the Courses. Please take these points into consideration! Thank you

The course is a great starting point for a newbie . The instructor creates a good lab setup and explains a lot of important aspects of the PRTG configurations. The instructor also seems to have good hands-on experience with networks and more topics related. Recommend!

I tend to evaluate Udemy classes more positive but in this case, as you can already see from other writers, the audio experience is really bad. The lecturer is a skilled professional that knows his stuff and would be able to explain everything good, if you could understand it right. He is no native speaker (which is no problem) and this connects to a very bad audio quality with a lot of ambience noise and different sound levels. That could be saved by just doing one thing: Provide handwritten subtitles! Unfortunately, the creator of this class chose "automatic subtitles" and this feature also did not understand him. Having to go through crazy miss-understandings in both audio and readable content, makes it very hard to follow the class. I stopped counting after reading 20 different subtitles for "PRTG", a word that appears quite often, you might guess. It's just ok! If the class creator would take the time to write the subtitles himself, it is a 4 start course, but not at the current state.

I'm sorry but I could not understand hardly any of his English. Also, it was very distracting in the beginning because of the background noise. I felt like I was more in a zoom meeting at someone's house that watching a teaching course. I already had some prtg experience but was able to get a few pointers from the course, so thank you for that. Thank you.

Sound is awful hearing family or neighbours screaming and shouting through the recording and an Ice cream truck it sounded like. The instructors English isn't very clear also which is a downfall to this course. ( No Lab access included also )

I find it very easy to understand & learn PRTG. Even if you are beginner in PRTG you will understand the material. Amila Kalhara has done a great job explaining every topic.

actually this a valuable course i personally know this instructor he was currently engage with network monitoring and security filed also have good skill for troubleshooting PRTG issues and network security issues. keep it up and congratulation
