Eugen's review of the Project Management frameworks, methodologies, and approaches is super practical, and you can tell he really knows his stuff as a PM. If you want a quick rundown of what it's like to be a PM in a business and the tools to help you out, this course is a go-to. He even uses real work examples to explain the theory, which is awesome. The interactive teaching style is also a big plus – keeps things engaging and cool! Totally recommend it.

Really interesting course, with a great practical approach. Very insightful tips on project management execution, and also on technical and commercial proposals. On the later, it could be also included one further very common risk: difficulty on receiving data from clients, which could be mitigated by an assertive description in the 5th item (support of the client), well explained on the technical proposal lecture. Thanks for all the valuable information and orientation.
