Already feel more confident about making better looking documents with the direct learning techniques. I will need to review this course several times over to gain confidence and familiarity but it was great, thank you I have learned a lot in a short space of time. The skills taught are the ones that I had expected and the ones I have been looking for to develop my skills. The voice is clear and the facilitator makes you engaged through and through. It will inspire me to take similar or more advanced courses in MS WORD

I want to know how to create a template for a form, not how to write a resume, etc. Also, I'll never remember all this data.

The only reason I did not give it five star b/c it is too short and does not explain few of the things. More examples and a bit more hands on such as in depth example of mail merge using excel and MS word would certainly get five out of five from me.

I've been using MS Word for many years. I can do almost anything with it but I have to use brute force and and fiddle with it to achieve the desired outcome. This course taught me a few new tricks and introduced me to some of the newer features to help produce better documents that are easier to modify and take less time to produce; that was my goal and I was not disappointed.

It was so helpful to learn from examples as opposed to only what each button does. All these examples will come in handy and answered questions that I could never figure out about Word. This is not a beginner's class but anyone can do it if you follow her step by step examples.
