If you have more things to do than you have time and frequently get overwhelmed with all your priorities and tasks, you are in the right place! I designed this course to help people from all walks of life that struggle with trying to get it all done.
At the same time I have done my best to design this course as efficiently as possible since time is our most precious resource.
This course is going to be focused into three areas or sections. Each is designed to build on the other, but each lecture is labeled by concept clearly, so you will also be able to come back and hit specific topics that are most helpful for you.
In our first section we are going to focus on what is causing our overwhelm and what leads us to procrastination.
In our second section, we build the foundation for a new level of productivity and cover the fundamentals and key concepts that must be mastered in order to really get the results you want and to be a master of productivity. If you don’t start with the right fundamentals, even the best tricks and hacks won’t be fully utilized.
And finally in our last section we will build on the foundation we created by implementing proven productivity and time management tactics and strategies to really make a dramatic improvement in your productivity.

Very good training. All aspects covered are relevant in day-to-day office life. Great material. Very well explained.
I found the course to have areas that I was not expecting, however fit in the course quite well. I intend to use the material with a purpose and have already begun utilizing some of the techniques and are working to build them into habits. I intend to review going forward and continue to put this in practice.
I like to think that I have no real issues with productivity or self-motivation. However, Josh's course has shown me that you can always improve yourself to make your efforts go a lot farther. I'm the type of person that will go, go, go until I collapse from exhaustion and then wonder what I did to tire myself out. Josh really clarified a lot of seemingly basic points (and as he says in one lecture, yeah, it's all common sense.. but are you actually following through with that knowledge?) and helped me realize that sometimes I NEED to take it easy if I want to make the most out of my productivity. Isn't that common sense? Yes, absolutely. Do I take breaks when I should be? Nope. Will I be making an effort to do that from now on? After he made so many good points about why I should, yep! Sit back and listen, no, really.. LISTEN to what he's talking about and it's very likely that you'll be able to pick up some new techniques that will really help you out in the long run.

This course helped me to improve my productivity, how to get the most of my time. I'm going to put in practice the tactis and technices I thing will work for me. Really recommended if you need those fundamentals.
The course offers a good structure and summarizes what I kind of knew before and makes clear how I can use my resources to achieve the best results.
