Yes I have been able to understand what project management is all about, the roles of a product manager and the difference between the roles of the project manager and that of a project manager. etc

The presenter has insufficient presentation skills, making it very hard to keep focus or be engaged with the content

It’s is so helpful and beneficial to the listener and educative from start to this point I strongly recommend it to anyone out there

This is great course to have an insight to Product mangers role & responsibilities. Short & simple explanation.

The video has average quality but the sound issues are far below average. The volume varies up and down often and enough to give you a headache if you are using headphones.

We've moved to a redefined BPM/TPM SCRUM methodology so the traditional roles of PO and project manager are often, if not always, not part of this new model.

This lecture is a nice overviem of project manager role. Not providing the presentation for further learning steps weaken the effort... May be the course is for testing the audience... Thanks anyway

This was a good introduction. The instructor provided excellent practical examples that made it easy to relate to terms and concepts.

Yes, the course is a match as it is related to Software Product Management. Uptil now, the content is excellent.

She clearly defines the product manager's role in comparison to other similiar roles. Her content is detailed and helpful. Though the sound quality and presentation could be improved upon.

Great introduction, highly recommend. Some suggestions for improvement that do not diminish the content of the course: 1.) Some of the abbreviations are not explained like Drives PI features Get the PI objectives implemented by the team It would have been good to have a definitions section. Only definition is "products". Since I was already part of scrum I know a lot of the terms used like features, backlog grooming, user stories, epics but I doubt everybody is aware. 2.) From a structural point of view, the skill requirements are discussed in the beginning, and then from time to time in between and e.g. the aspect of technical understanding at the end. The rest is structured very well. I found the differentiation tables very helpful to make the role more clear.
