A long introduction is followed by many short sections, each ending with a so called conclusion, which is really just a summary. I do not see why a few minute lesson needs a summary. Too many repetitions, could be reduced to two hours easily.

Just began taking the course, but I like it very much so far. I think the instructor - Ali Bouzid - is very well qualified, and, speaks/presents very clearly and, even, forcefully. He clearly knows his subject and seems to very love it! The materials look well-prepared and professional, if a few typos/mis-spells. I'm looking forward to his Bonus Material on Pareto 80/20, the primary reason I took this course.

This should have been named Business Cause and Effect analysis. There was no individual problem solving.

My reason for the low rating is my frustration with the chapter breakout. I feel like fewer chapters would allow for a continuous thought to be presented rather than breaking up the course with too many recaps and introductions to new chapters. The bulk of the lectures surely could be compressed to full thoughts without the interruptions.

Methods, theories and examples are useful and explained in detail. What I didn't like is that the course is structured in too many short lectures and useless conclusion pages.

if you already know something about the fish bone (Ishakawa), Pareto and weighted vote, then this course is not for you.

Production and quality was good, and instructor was moving as fast as no chance to feel boring. The one thing I wish this course to include is how to utilize SPSS to do weighted vote and how to validate collected data. Over all it was very nice and interesting.
