I liked this course very much and took it over the course of two days. The interesting thing was that after the first session, I found myself automatically being more logical and wrote an email with a breakdown of 1. Issue - What, who, where. 2. Why it happened and how I responded. 3. Solution so it does not happen again. By breaking up the issue with the three above items allowed the note to be more simplistic, easier to read, and easier to write. I did not give this five stars as I would have liked a summation of each decision-making application. Perhaps I just did not know how to access these items if they were provided? I also felt a little lost with the fishbone technique and Pareto's law. I have seen these decision techniques years ago and did not quite grasp them then. I am guessing that the thinking pattern of a person as well as the type of job one does has an influence on the favorite technique a person is more drawn to. However, overall, this was a great course!

The contents are relevant and well organized. Some of the topics can be made more interesting by adding short videos in which the problem-solving techniques can be explained via short story or drama. I recommend this course to everyone who is interested.
