Toyota Production System, or lean management and culture, are based on the practice of continuous improvement through problem solving. This lectures reviews the basic principles of lean that apply to problem solving.

This course is designed for managers not for personal staff. Did learn a lot about problem solving but I don't think it was relevant to me.

I find the story telling approach easy to follow and the examples quoted helped build a convincing and compelling reason why this course is useful. the tools shared as delivered at the beginning of the course, is not new at all... what is most important yet interesting is the mindset and culture of embracing continuous improvement and learning. this is most valuable piece of reminder i feel

Yes, I liked the content - only thing I found weird was the bahviour stuff in this course - it was good material, but seemed like a stretch to be "problem-solving"... but still good stuff
