Mostly reading slides and light on explanations/details.
No actual valuation (Excel) models.
Does NOT discuss the LBO method of valuation, which is the most common way to value private equity deals.

Somehow I didn't realize it would be so UK focused, so that material tended to be unfamiliar to me and harder to learn. The Taxation section is a drag, can it be split up?

The content of course was very good - but the inability to download the slides was very restrictive and made the course difficult to follow.
If the materials were downloadable then it would be 5 out of 5 rating!

Very good and practically useful course to understand financial dynamics and of PE and VC also very useful from a startup perspective to understand Valuation working and tax implications. Great visualisation and information presentation in the slides.

Next step for me: gather a list of examples/case studies to see how this can be used in real-world.
