Excellent test scenario and questions. The only regret is that there are only multiple choice questions in the test, there aren't any of the other types of quesions for the practitioner test.

The scenario is similar enough to what you will encounter in the live/online test to offer a great confidence-building tool. Future iterations of this course would benefit from an additional 1-2 practice exams. The rationales given for questions are great and helpful. Despite there being only one exam (for now), this is a big recommend and the best prep you can do outside of the Axelos sample papers.

I search quite a large number of sites trying trying to obtain Practitioner mock exams with up-to-date content, a reasonable price and a usable format and Udemy was one of the very few that I found all three of these on. I would recommend this course. My only criticism is that there were not more exams contained within the course. Ideally I would have preferred at least 4, then I would likely not have had to search elsewhere for more to build the confidence I needed to take the actual test.

This question in the sample questions says one answer is correct, but in the rational it says a different answer is correct! Question 11: Incorrect During the initiation stage, it was established that the General Manager of Woodglen hotel will review the hotel’s reservation system, on a monthly basis, for a full year following project completion, to determine the level of increase in guest bookings. Which management product should be used to record how and when the increase in guest bookings will be measured, and why?
