This was an excellent match for my needs. I have been Front of House at a church for 5-6 years starting out with absolutely no experience in running sound. The only training I received was brief comments mentioned by the worship leader who usually make the desired changes himself while I watched. I worked under 3 different worship leaders, each with different styles. I recently changed churches and now am the sole Front of House operator of the Presonus StudioLive 24.4.2 mixer, a board I have not used before. Wills does an excellent job explaining the various functions of this device on a basic yet professional manner.

This was a perfect course for me to begin assisting the Tech Ministry at my Church. I learned a lot of the terminology, what the various areas do and don't do and a good overall introduction to either take direction from our Engineer or step in and do basics to begin growing. Well worth the time and not at all expensive for the content.

my expectations were not met. I read in the course outline that I will learn about connecting the PreSonus studio live to a computer and do digital live recording. it was only a playback mix I experienced in the bonus section. no live recording tutorial. I am disappointed big time with the lesson. Please take a full lesson on digital live recording on the mixer, if not I want to use this money to pay for another course

I worked live sound for various churches for about 10 years. But, that was a long time ago. I'm about to re-enter the field and need to get up to speed on digital gear. The church I'm starting to work with has a PreSonus StudioLive 32.4.2 AI board. Talk about overwhelming to an analog dinosaur like me. This course was a HUGE help! Thank you David Wills! BTW, I've since started taking his Masterclass-EQ Course.

Video resolution is a little poor, other than that it is very good. My one wish would be some graphic cue cards to help remember what was done to a specific action. Would recommend this video to anyone with a Presonus StudioLive board, it's very helpful and will save a tremendous amount of time learning the board and most of it's features.
