I had used this course as the foundation for my SHRM studying, but found the layout of content and supporting resources overwhelming and confusing. While the additional resources are helpful and go into further detail, there is so much additional reading material that the timing of the study plan doesn't pan out the way it suggests. I would say this is a good enough course to listen to alongside other study materials, such as additional full-length practice tests.

Material was not delivered logically or organized. The speaker frequently mispronounces words and does not have the proper cadence for effective teaching. I’m very unhappy with this course compared with the other Udemy courses I’ve taken it is not on par.

While there was good information in the course, there were also a LOT of typos throughout the presentation, including a few that actually changed the information. I'm also not sure how complete the training is, since I've been taking practice tests from other sources that ask me about things that were not covered in this training. I feel that while somewhat helpful, it is very overpriced.

The instructor is very knowledgeable on the subject! There are a ton of resources built into the course. I took off the stars because the accent, grammatical errors and lack of enunciation by the instructor was very distracting. Overall its worth the money!

I used this course and the recommended book/resources as one of my primary study resources for the SHRM-CP since I didn’t purchase the learning system through SHRM to save money. Overall, I feel it helped increase my knowledge, and I passed the test on the first try. The practice questions at the end of each chapter and final exam were very helpful. Really happy with this course for the value! I would recommend it to anyone preparing for the exams.
