Amazing style of teaching. I did 200 YTT too six month back from Bodsphere and the teaching style, selection of words and ever smiling face of both the trainer are amazing. When you hear them talking you will actually start feeling the same thing, like in one of the session when Ayurveda was being discussed, i literally felt i am living in that century. impressive.
