This course gives many ideas to avoid depression and reduce stress. The ideas range from very simple to genius. I have reflected a lot on how to use time to my advantage. We have all the tools available for well-being and here is a reminder of what they are. The teacher is committed to his courses.

The course is interesting, contains information and activities that help you better understand and help yourself. The instructor is very fair, always reminds us to look after our psychological well-being and to turn to a specialist for help in case of problems. I haven't finished the course yet, but I can say that I'm already enjoying it. by the way I've already finished Mr. Chris's courses on art therapy, depression, stress, and I'm still learning some. I am very satisfied with each of them. Even now, I expect that this course will give me the necessary knowledge and experience, which will be useful both in my personal life and in helping others.
