This course was excellent on every level. Engaging and knowledgeable presenters, a good pace, and some incredible Mindfulness tips that have proven very helpful in the office and at home. The course actually relate to what I have been going through, I am so happy that now I know that mindfulness is essential to a human being. I will use my knowledge as practical for the rest of my life, to reduce stress. The knowledge is so helpful and will play huge part in my personal life. I always find myself not knowing what to start with everyday when I get to work, loads of emails. Ending up not knowing which ones to start with but I only prioritize start with the important emails, spend at least 2 hours with my emails then after I go on with my daily duties unless if I receive clientele enquires, everything stops.
