The beginning was boring. There's a bit to work on the language as you, sir, sound repetitive, there's too much talking without the interesting facts, elaborating as it was some philosophical discussion :), every lecture has a 12second time waster with the logo - make it 0 showing logo throughout the recording somewhere in the corner.... BUT even with it all it THEN becomes magnetizing, interesting and makes you want more... My grades flag this as good, not great as I personally almost dropped it because of the above. Because I did not I may now say: Thanks a lot!

There are lots of Power BI courses out there but I really wanted something that focuses just on data modelling because it's so fundamental to producing performant reports that serve up accurate numbers. This is only such course I found so far and it is excellent; very clear explanations of advanced concepts, engaging and well paced.

The column transformations and row transformations are basic level. For one who has worked on power bi, these changes are well known. Not expected from an intermediate level course

Exactly what I've been looking for as more of an advanced user. Many of these course are focused on the basic functions of the tool. As someone who is self taught and is familiar with most of the functions of power bi, I wanted more of a view of what is the best way to build out the model, so that it is efficient and versatile.

While the course did have some useful tips. The course seemed to lack structure: The content or the lecturer did not refer the learner to the course materials being covered. The lecturer at some points seemed to be rambling on on topics rather than explaining the topic at hand. The lecturer was difficult to understand because: He spoke too quickly. He was not engaging. He consistently smacked his lips and repeated himself. These are areas that could have been improved before doing a course.
