Why take this course?

You want to pass the PMP – and you want to do it quickly, without overstudying, and learning the wrong content. One of the best ways to prepare to pass your PMP exam is to understand the PMP exam terminology. If you know the terms, you’re better prepared to answer the tricky exam questions.

I’ve been teaching PMP exam prep classes since 2003 – and I’ve written best-selling books on the PMP, the CAPM, and the PMI-ACP. In all these books and in my classes I tell people to create flashcards, by hand, to really learn all the terms, yet very few people actually follow-through on creating the cards.

Why? It’s hard work, time-consuming, and not easy to carry a huge stack of cards with you everywhere you go.

I have the solution.

Many people have asked me to create a simple course with all the PMP terms and definitions displayed on the screen and read aloud. Simple, direct, and a big-time saver.

In this unique course, I've identified nearly 700 PMP terms that you should know for your PMP exam success. I'll walk you through each of the terms and definitions. Now you can watch, listen, and learn all the PMP terminologies for your exam. If you know the terms, you're better prepared to pass the exam.

I include several resources to help you pass the PMP exam:

  • Full text of all the vocabulary in one location (Yes, you can copy and paste, but not share)

  • PMP Vocabulary PDF full-screen slides

  • PMP Vocabulary with two terms per page

  • PMP Vocabulary with three terms per page

  • PMP Vocabulary of text-only terms in PDF document

While you can complete this course on your PC or Mac, I highly recommend you add the free Udemy app for your phone, put on your earphones, and listen and learn on the go. Work smart - not hard!

For what it is, it is very well done. It is an audible recitation of vocabulary terms. Kind of dull. But valuable.

Honestly Did Not Help with the Study Process for the PMP. I went through the course twice while walking the neighborhood each day to study. A lot of errors. Good Concept but I just do not think it works well for some people.

Matches my expectations and the language used for the explanations is clear to me. Tempo is a bit high.

Excellent way for transmitting knowledge by giving clear understanding of simplified vocabulary. Many doubts got cleared by learning vocabulary.

Excellent resource. I loved being refreshed on all the PM vocabulary I covered in grad school. This is great as I study for the PMP.

Terribly edited. Outtakes left in, which is unforgivable. Sound is horrible. Needs to be presented by knowledge area, not alphabetically. I really liked his crash course, but this one isn’t worth the money or time. Skip it!

To me, to learn anything you have to speak the same language. This course does a great job of putting forth the key PMI terms that are needed to be able to navigate the PMP water.

I did not find this course useful, it was a waste of money and time for me. The concept of the terms all listed is ok, but the majority were not on the 2021 exam. Also, they were in alphabetical order which is not helpful, they should be by process and grouped together. For example - Forming, Norming, Storming...etc should be together not alphabetical..

This course is fantastic as I can listen to this while doing other things and makes the most of the study time available
