This is one of the lowest grade courses I've seen. The guy just copied text from the manual and reads it out loud. The questions and mock exams quality is way below expectations. Happy I didn't pay the full price for it.

There are ongoing volume issues throughout the videos. Generally, the videos are too quiet, requiring listening on max volume but still the words are difficult to clearly hear. Sometimes the audio gets louder and this causes repeated increasing and decreasing the volume. More frustrating is that because you have to listen on max volume, the audio frequently picks up the background noise as a distracting booming sound. There are grammatical issues in nearly every quiz question so good luck understanding what the question is asking and even more luck to you selecting the correct answer. The feedback on the quizzes isn’t very helpful either. Sometimes the feedback on an incorrect answer is “this is easy and you should have picked some other answer.” I’ll continue for the PDUs but I will mot feel prepared to take the exam after this course.

While I had high hopes for the PgMP Exam Prep Course led by Viken Behlawanian, it regrettably fell short in several areas. A significant portion of the course content, notably the slides, seemed to be directly copied and pasted from PMI's The Standard for Program Management 4th edition. Instead of using these slides as a foundation for discussion or insight, Viken predominantly read them verbatim. As a student hoping for enriched understanding, it was disheartening to find such a direct replication without additional insights or interpretations. Attempting to follow along with the readings was particularly challenging due to Viken's erratic approach. A glaring example can be seen in Section 10: Chapter 8. It was cumbersome trying to align his reading to the original text as he frequently moved between paragraphs or omitted essential information. Viken's passion for the subject is evident, but the course lacks in-depth scenarios essential for those prepping for the PgMP exam. The value of a prep course should transcend mere recitation; it should elucidate concepts and provide varied scenarios to solidify understanding. Furthermore, there were avoidable technical hitches. The consistent buzzing from phone notifications and sounds of Viken's hand and arm colliding with the table detracted from an otherwise focused learning environment. Although the audio quality was passable, these nuisances were hard to overlook. In summary, after devoting two weeks to this course, I find my understanding limited to a rudimentary level. I had anticipated a more in-depth and comprehensive learning journey, but this course, unfortunately, didn't meet those expectations.

I'm finding it difficult to learn from this venue. There is a lot of reading directly from the slides put together. It would be helpful to have real-life examples provided in addition to reading the PMI standards for program management.

Great so far. However, there needs to be a uniformity of terminology on all chapters. Things like Org Goals, objectives, strategy literally refer to the same thing. Also Chapter 6 needs to be looked at for simplification. Some points about Governance are unnecessarily repeated and could be confusing. Or better still some points can be merged to paint a better picture.

Vikan did a great job clarifying many of the confusing concepts in the Standard for Program Management. Thanks to this course, I was able to pass my PgMP exam on my first attempt! I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to earn their PgMP certification!

some of the quiz questioms give references to incorrect areas in the course where i cant find answers. it is also important to update the course with the.latest editiion as there is not such a thing as benefit realization plan anymore and this course still has outdated information
