There is nothing actually "wrong", but no one will lean HTML with this class. I'm, however, expecting that further in the course they will connect HTML and developing for Bitcoin in a theorethical way, so at least that is usefull for me.

All in all the course is great, helped me a lot, more than anything, to dip my toes into React. I only gave it 3 stars for two reasons. 1: Yes, you get to build a Lightning Wallet, but basically you only fire of a couple of API requests to LNBits and don't really improve your understanding with Lightning. A more apt course name would have been PlebDev Course I: Intro to React by building a Lightning Wallet using LNBits. 2: The range for the target audience they intend to teach is way too broad. The first 3 classes will bore anyone who has basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS to death & the last 3 classes will not really be understood by anyone who actually learned anything from the first 3 classes.

This has been a wonderful course! As someone who is out of practice with coding, and had limited use of vanilla webdev technologies, this was an exciting way to learn react. Interacting with bitcoin and lightning has me pumped to keep learning. Plus as someone who has worked in R and Python for data analysis, being able to include a chart in react was the extra bit I needed! Thank you @supertestnet @bitcoinplebdev and all of @pleblab_!

Already familiar with HTML, CSS, JS & React but this was still a great use of time. I had not interacted with LnBits just yet and was not sure how this all worked under the hood - so it was a great entry point gents, thank you!

It was great. I was able to follow along because I have some experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS. For a complete beginner, this may be a little difficult to successful follow. However, this course is immensely valuable. Good job guys! Looking forward to Course 2

Covers just enough to get started with your own implementations. I have general coding experience, but no HTML, CSS, Javascript,... experience, so I can easily follow along with the course (for now at 1.5 speed for most parts)...

Thus far the value is here for the cost. Will continue to update the review as I go through the course. Wish the CSS section focused less on theory and encouraged the learners to manually type in the code so they begin to form muscle memory. Dev environment setup section was very educational, helped to fill in a lot of gaps in my self taught journey thus far. Looking forward to cutting my teeth on React in the next course!

I like that Super Testnet clearly knows what he is talking about, but the lesson seemed more conversational. It is easier for me to learn when the instructor isn't following a script word for word. Also like the emphasis on googling your own questions

Really cool course where you get you hands dirty with building something right away. They give you what you need to get started in a straightforward way without bogging you down with a bunch of theory. Loved the course and looking forward to more.
