I had to use CDNs to include bootstrp, javascript and jquery. No big deal the versions are different so the files are different. Getting the entire system complete and working was a worthwhile accomplishment. There is no functionality to some of it like the video uploading page. Still this was a great course and if you get through it successfully you can figure out how to improve on and complete the system with your new found confidence.

Although the course is easy to understand it is very unprofessional and doesnt seem very thought out. Not a huge fan and unfortunately I "consumed" too much of the course for a refund even though all I did is jump around in it and couldn't find a good spot. Sad, as I have a lot of courses. I guess I will stick the ones I know are good.

This is just a in-between rating. I'm at lecture 49/75 right now. Until now, in regards to knowledge and application for php, I learned one! useful command, which is the include command. That's it!!! It is recommended to have basic knowledge about HTML, CSS and Bootstrap, which I have and which also makes the tutor pretty unwatchable, because he doesnt have a system for his folders, his CSS or anything really. He seems to do this without preparation, makes a lot of mistakes, and spends WAY TOO MUCH TIME choosing random pictures and explaining why he likes them or when he thinks 'this looks more cool'. His whole Website isnt responsive in design and it is really annoying that he says 'looks awesome', 'does this look more cool?', 'everything working perfect' and so on when it is clearly not. At the end of some lectures he has a problem and tries to find it and then the next lecture starts somewhere else and you have to find the code he added to fix it during the screen time. I don't know if this Joe Parys Guy from the intro is gonna make another appearance or if he just sells his name, but everything until now is made by the other guy. I'm going to finish this course and update my rating if something useful comes out of it, but until now I just wasted 2 days side by side coding bad-structured bootstrap and css plus learning basically nothing about php.

The course is quite good. The blog section was the part I loved but the video sharing project was awful, it didn't reach my expectation.

It's really awesome Mr. Kamal. You taught us PHP in a simple way with real world examples. We are very thankful to you.

The title of this course was “The Complete PHP Bootcamp Course With Video Sharing Project” the first two sections were ok and gave the normal overview of PHP. The video-sharing project starts off as a blog creation project and doesn’t get into anything “video sharing” until Section 3 lecture 42. When getting to programming the play button. There is no instruction on how to format the play button portion in CSS. Then we move on to the creating a blog... Section 4. Which starts off with the PHP programming and NO where within this course was there any php programming for any of the video sharing project. And once you get to section 4 lectures 71 you finally learn the CSS to make the play-button from section 3 work. It is very apparent that this class was not organized and videos were taken from two different classes, and not placed in correct order nor were they placed in the correct sections (video sharing project and blog creation project. AND the course is incomplete so this, unfortunately, is not the COMPLETE php boot camp with video sharing project since there wasn’t any programming for any of the video sharing pages that were made. The instruction was very unorganized and too many mistakes and repeating of processes occurred during the course. Typing one thing and having to retype something different. Too much video was wasted on watching Shazaib decide on what he wanted to do within the course. i.e what styles were chosen in css, what images to choose from the photo download sites etc. Truly the videos were way to long and full of watching someone try to make decisions. There are also questions from students from a year ago that still have never been answered by the instructor and aside from that and a lot of time wasted in videos, uintil the complete video series for each project has been uploaded and ordered properly this class is a total waste of money and time.

I found the explanations to be very clear, and the approach easy to digest. I typed the code along as I watched the lectures, and it includes awesome video sharing project. i think the course needs to be updated by including awesome features.

Only the first and part of the third sections are educational in the way of PHP (learning PHP functions and CRUD methods for mySQL). Instead of providing source HTML templates, most of the videos are building the site in HTML/CSS/Bootstrap (topics we should already know and are not part of the course). Some of the videos are making video upload/management pages and there's no content on programming them with PHP. The PHP you're exposed to is dynamically generating a blog and having an admin page. The course advertises making a video blog like youtube, but there is no information about video formats or file handling with php. There's also video sequences that are missing.

Sorry, can't rate it better for the moment. Why: 1. This is 2017, whoever I ask, I hear about OOP approach in php. Mr Kamal didn't mentioned it nowhere. But ok, I understand that procedural approach is easier to understand for beginners and explain. 2. Mr Parys is promoting this course with his name, but don't explain a single thing in whole course. Mr Kamal is main instructor here. 3. Im on chapter 46, and still no serious php programming happened. Mr Kamal still designing frontend. At this moment i'm afraid some features will be left unexplained (like in webdev course of e-commerce shop project - no lessons about creating login service, account creation, admin account etc.) 4. Mr Kamal seem to be unprepared for course. He has idea what he want to create, but coding "on fire". This extends time of course but don't bring any value, so the content seems to be worthless in some parts. In php course I really don't want to see "beautiful and colorful" css, I'm expecting to see how create working service. Basic bootstrap usage would be enoungh for needs of course. While in webdev course I could understand amount of "frontend desing elements", php course is not right place for several hours of creating hover color changes or usage of glyphicons or looking for best color for button. 5. Missing lessons during course - it happened in webdev course (missing lesson about sending confirmation email of order) and it happens here.

Don't be fooled into thinking Joe Parys makes the tutorials, he just hires one of his Indian slaves to do it for him

Such a waste of time. Second section is a chaotic presentation of basics of the basics of php. Not teaching but presentation. Free manual from w3schools will do better in this area. Third section, 'Video sharing service" is just static, not very pretty website made in bootstrap with addition of included menu. That's the php part of this section I guess. Fourth section is some pulling data from mysql database. The data was put there directly in phpmyadmin mostly. Amount of php is higher than in previous section, but you can find tons of free tutorials on YT which show you, how to do it much, much better. I enrolled this course for free (coupons), but lost my time.
