I cannot in good conscience recommend this course. I learned about 10 techniques to manipulate others. It's raw salesmanship, without any discussion of fairness or what might simply be called the Golden Rule. In short, an ethical void. I'm sure Dr. Aggarwal is a capable, intelligent, and honorable individual. I respectfully suggest he augment his approach by integrating a sense of respect for the person or persons who are the target of the persuasion techniques. In the meantime, I will ponder over the useful information I have received from this lecture and try to integrate it with my own values, and for that I am grateful to Dr. Aggarwal. A final comment -- audio quality was poor, muffled. I could not make out an occasional phrase, which was disappointing. Thank you.
