Performance analysis and troubleshooting in I.T.

The backgroud noise in the video is making it hard to focus and some of the words that speaker speaks are not understandable.

i had a hard time hearing and following as the accent was heavy and the speed the lecturer was talking was very fast but thank you for the information

For a sysadmin beginning his first investigations, or having felt like he hasn't had good traction with past investigations, this course offers a structured approach to problem solving, a skeleton on which to build a solid framework.

I appreciated how he gave definitions to terms he used most of the time. Also, he gave examples to support his explanations. Although this course is OS agnostic, some tools should have been mentioned to give the student examples of what is available to perform the analysis he's referring to; paid or OSS. Some words were unclear and I couldn't gather them from the context of which he was speaking. Slowing down the recording distorts, but may be the best way to hear what was missed. All in all, I learned a bit, got a good review of concepts and terminology I may not have used in a while. I will watch again, for sure. The slides should be available for download. I took notes and it would have been nice to assign them to a particular slide.

The subtitles have a number of errors, as I am not a native English speaker the subtitles would help me follow the speaker. Unfortunately the subtitles have really strange errors that distract.
