This is a very good course for someone who wants to have a broad grasp of payment fraud risk management. If you work in this domain chances are you work in a very specific role at a big firm with limited knowledge of other fraud types, or at a smaller company having to manage everything without enough experience. Either person has something to gain from this course.

Error 2 type is said that it's True Negative that is wrong. Information is not well structured, fragmented and bad explained. Quality of audio could be much better, sometimes it's unclear what was said, and subtitles are autogenerated and represent wrong words.

Content is very US centric, which would help if it is explicitly mentioned. Especially when it comes to bank to bank transfers, there are systems in the EU that differ vastly from the US system and addressing this would be useful for people to understand the different approaches.

1. The author's terrible accent does not allow me to understand the material, I have to listen to it many times. 2. The presentation does not reveal the topic of the lesson at all. There are no additional materials for the lesson. 3. All the links in the course are non-working and I can't open them. 4. There are no normal subtitles. Due to poor pronunciation, automatic transcription of the text translates complete nonsense. 5. The author tells the basics, all the information is easy to find on the Internet, which I had to do to understand the lesson. As a result, I learned more from the Internet myself than from the course
