Description

It starts with well meaning doctors injecting you with toxic vaccinations, and good relatives using sweets-as-rewards. Followed by the food processors adding neurotoxins to your drink or food, and farmers growing hollow foods on depleted soils. Then grocers soaking their carrots in chlorinated water to keep them clean, and teachers sterilizing every surface with antibacterials, or soap makers adding "fragrance" to your detergent, and everybody else asking you to sit, take a ride, and avoid hard work.

Toxicity, Malnutrition, Environment and Stagnation


At some point the immune system cracks. It begins to mistake some parts of your body as a foreign invader. Depending on a combination of factors - which nutrient is missing, which toxin has not been eliminated, which virus you contracted, and what type of stress you have endured - you develop one or more autoimmune disorder(s).

The mainstream medical mindset focuses on symptoms and their suppression. It is possible to suppress a symptom using poisons, but unless the cause is dealt with, it will return with a greater strength, or at a broader and deeper level, which will be even more difficult to deal with. It is known as "aging", and "you'll have to get used to that." We don't quite agree with this.

Toxins - heavy metals, herbicides, pesticides, organo-chlorines, volatile organic compounds - they are all around you, in your air, water, food, clothes, beds, homes, cars, schools, offices.

Malnutrition - Is it possible to be fat and malnourished at the same time? Phytonutrients, Minerals, Enzymes, Vitamins, Microbes - the makings of healthy life are nearly absent from industrial processed food. When your food is a hollow, low nutrient density, calorie rich, taste enhanced pretender - you can never eat enough. Even after a meal your body says: "Feed Me!". There is no wonder you are putting on weight.

Stagnation - All life is based on pulsating energy: inhale/exhale, shorten/lengthen, close/open, squeeze/relax. When these movements seize, you soon are dead. Your body is designed to function under load - it is in dynamic (not static) balance that we find life's expression. Sedentary life is the antithesis to healthy function. A stagnant body if water is a swamp - rotting, decomposing, putrid smelling. If your feet stink, or your breath is bad, it is because of stagnation - you need movement.

EMF stands for Electro-Magnetic Frequency. You cannot see it, but these days it is hard to find a place that is not being bombarded by signals of varying wave lengths. The shorter the wave, the higher the frequency, and the closer to affecting your health. It is used to deliver both energy and information, making our lives much more convenient, but at the same time it is threatening our health.

Actually, it was a good match for me. But as a pharmacy student ,I didn't found a great or new info that can add to me .. also there were another topics that was new for me (like the topic of stagnation). Finally I 'd like to thank Dr Martin for his fantastic way in explaining these information.

Honestly dislike leaving a poor review, especially considering someone has spent hours creating the content and posting it. While not disagreeing with most of the conclusions, this course was full of vague generalistic, and unsupported statements. Very little actual science or grounded information. Wish Udemy had a 3x speed setting, as even at 2x speed, this was time poorly spent. Sorry, really wanted to enjoy this course but the content just wasn't there.

There are false informations i.e cellphones and wifi aren't dangerous. Water drains either. Level of simplification makes misunderstanding of topic

points made are anecdotal and experiential, however remedies seem like common sense but lack any documentation or longitudinal studies. I think there is some truth in what you report. I also think that your explanations are based on your experience and what other people have told you. Modern medicine today goes beyond the simple bandaid approach and does more than simply treat symptoms. The bio-psycho-social approach goes beyond the traditional models and also includes the environment in order to understand what makes up health. I also know that placebos have their place, and what a person believes has power over them. I think that your explanations of inflammation are perfectly understandable when they work, but they don't work for everybody, and neither does traditional medicine. There is always an element of mystery in healing. And medicine is as much art as it is science. Your approach gives me a better understanding of myself as well as how people outside the scientific field are viewing inflammation.

Really helpful information presented so it is easy to understand. I am familiar with a lot of these concepts already and there were a couple points where a had an "a-ha" moment even in this short course.

Once I started reviewing the course lectures, I couldn't stop! As a nurse currently practicing traditional medicine, the more I read and learn from courses such as this one, I find myself wanting to gravitate more and more toward holistic medicine for myself, my family, and my patients. I am especially turned off by the current extensive use of drugs to treat symptoms without any attention being given to the root cause which resulted in the symptoms in the first place. I have also witnessed first hand, severe side effects, including chronic pain, which were induced from these drugs aka "therapeutic agents", which were prescribed to supposedly help the patient, but ultimately resulted in more problems than the original illness! I plan to both review this class again in the very near future, implement several of the suggestions, as well as highly recommend it to my friends, family members, and coworkers. Thanks for taking the time to create such a quality course offering!

This course was short and straight to the point and provided an excellent primer for those who want to learn more about the sources of their chronic pain, discomfort and disease. The overall style and production of the course was very good. I would like to see more resources available that go further into depth about some of the natural/homeopathic remedies that attack the root cause of most people's pain. Even if you do not suffer from chronic pain or a debilitating disease, the course is worth taking as it's an ounce of prevention that's worth more than the pound of cure you'll be charged when it's too late.

I like this course, because I believe in the approch to look for causes and address the causes, rather than just surpress the symtoms. Am looking forward that it will grow in depht in comming month. Am looking foward to use my trampoline more often and walk barefoot a lot more. Thanx Martin - many lives will be impacted for the better.

All the information provided will certainly help to overcome your pain and restore your body to health. More substance would be really needed to counter the toxins in your body. Only mentioning herbs and zeolite (bentonite is best) is just not enough information.
