If you suffer (or think that you might suffer) from social anxiety, don't hesitate and get this course! It's truly worth it, it helped me when my SA was at its worst and the provided exercises continue to help me get better every day and live my life the way I want. My only regret is not purchasing this course earlier!

It was such nice experience having enrolled for this course. The instructor is really knowledgeable and the way he speak is very soothing and calm. It did really help me to understand the person with Anxiety. Being myself suffering with anxiety for the past few months, it did helped to understand myself. I hope this course will help in future to handle many other people who are suffering from Anxiety and I will be able to help them overcome that.
