I've been outsourcing and selling my services for years. In the first few sections I didn't think I was going to get much value for the course. Then about halfway through, things turned around. I started bookmarked things that were new to me. Before I knew it I had 5, then, 6, then as many as 10 bookmarked tidbits that I plan to use on my next hire. My mindset is changed and now see outsourcing as a crucial growth strategy for my startup. Also I learned about a totally new platform I didn't know about before starting the course.

A couple of the videos have blank spots, but the content is solid and well worth the time. There were some nuggets in this training. Some of the advice could literally make or break the experience you have freelancers. If you don't have experience with hiring freelancers or you have limited experience, I highly recommend it. Also I believe the blank spots were probably Udemy, not the instructor, so I'm not going to ding her for it. 5 star training all the way!

A lovely warm-hearted helpful instructor. The content could have been a bit better organised, with fewer repetitions across different videos, but it didn't really affect the value to me of her instruction. Liked that it covered only important stuff, simply.
