This leads to a conversation about how the OD practitioner works within that system to facilitate the creation of a healthy and effective organization. Then we explore the role of the OD practitioner in impacting the system as a catalyst and an irritant. This course serves to demonstrate how OD can be used to support people playing an active role in driving positive organizational change.

Narration was a bit boring. Narrator stammering or mispronunciation was distracting. Slides were ok since it's not text heavy but a complete notes page where I can go back to review for reference is appreciated.

The title was interesting. However there are no real insights into OD in Practice in this course. Unfortunately, the instructor is merely reading a standard OD book or pre-typed notes. No inputs and examples from the instructor herself. It was quite disappointing actually.

It took me 50 minutes to get through this first section which is supposed to be 15 min. It is very content heavy and the only way to capture what the trainer reads through is to stop every few seconds to write notes, often pausing and restarting multiple times in order to capture key concepts. Unfortunately I will probably miss some learning because I cannot afford to continue at this pace. It could easily become a 5-6 hour course, especially for beginners.

The key content isn't on the slides, it's delivered by the teacher very quickly so I'm finding I need to pause a lot to jot down notes. While this course is 2 hours long it will take much longer to get through it. Also sometimes she seems to have very complex / lengthy sentences that use overly complex words to get across a simple concept.

Real case studies of OD in action would be great. Final exam does not provide an in depth measure of understanding

Drab & uninteresting ! The speaker is low on energy. Doesn't sound enthusiastic. Seems as if she is reading a book..Flat speech from start to the end.
Far better OD lectures are freely available on the internet.

The basic concepts of OD are being covered but the narrator does not feel like a subject matter expert on these topics.

I found it a bit too theoretical without enough practical examples so far. Tends to become boring just listening also.
