In my opinion this course is appropriate for children in school, and not at all for bank professionals. There is nothing about Basel standards for operational risk and the related fundamental principles of ORM or about the standardized approach to measure operational risk. The case studies in the main section are not real cases and are appropriate for children to understand the concept of risk.

I think it's a very good introductory overview, with plenty of case study examples. I feel that some acronyms could be explained in more detail and there could be some resource questions and answers to assess risk appetite. These would be additions, rather than faults. Thanks for the introduction!

The content was good, but just having material on slides and reviewing it wasn't the best format. I did really like all the Case Studies at the end.

Absolutely useless. Furthermore, some definitions and content presented are misleading. It is a miracle how one could make such long lecture with zero content.

Definitions and examples are clear and concise. Some basic concepts are presented twice. The speaker is very dry, causing extra effort to focus and low quality of engagement.

The course outline was well detailed and the course duration manageable. I loved the module on the case study scenarios which were helpful to deduce the risk, event and impact associated with the risk occurring.

It was ok. I am very capable of reading slides. The instructor is very monotone with a thick accent. The content was generalized.

La vitesse de l'accent du trainer et la clarification de ses mots sans oublier la similitude des traductions contribuent à l'attraction du cours

Would have prefered some better examples and have it less rushed. The course is mostly a powerpoint presentation that is read out by the teacher.
