This course is all about how to use computer vision in OpenCV. Computer vision is widely useful in face detection, identifying criminals, track objects also.I put my best effort into the lecture videos for a step-by-step understanding of the concepts.

Offline jupyter notebook allows one to use a notebook without any internet connection, except for installing python packages.

atleast you need to know any programming knowledge like c++, python, java
just basic knowledge on programming knowledge can be helpful

yes, atleast 2gb ram is must to run a opencv.
(opencv doesn't required a gpu, it's always run based by your processor / ram)
