Discover the Grace of Classical Ballet 🤫
Classical ballet, the "queen of dances," once a privilege reserved for the royal courts, now gracefully invites you to its world. Known for its elegance, ethereal motion, and the demanding hard work it requires, ballet sculptures special muscles, integrates the stretching techniques of yoga, and enhances coordination to extraordinary levels. Through a series of techniques I guide you through, this course will help you get closer not only to the art form but also to yourself.
Understanding Ballet: Beyond the Form 💫
In my classes, while the form is significant, it is the inner experience that takes precedence. Classical ballet has a fixed order and system of movements that anyone can learn. However, what truly distinguishes this form of dance is the ability to reach for the stars, striving higher and higher towards your dreams.
