More examples of how we should calculate our macros. Take an example of a person who is whatever age, weights whatever kg, is whatever tall and calculate for this... the course is whey to complicating and doesn't offer any examples. I had other expectations

When it comes to health people think of going to the gym but forget what is needed for your health, That's is Nuteitions, vitamins, and so many things we do wrong I had a problem with my health when I was on hospital bed every second we think about all the other things and we stop thinking about work, so we have to think about health because 2 things in life we will not get that is time and health and our health is there we can improve our time but if health is bad we lose everything, and this course gives us the proper reason why we should focus on and we should apply that in our daily life.
