The program was very detailed, with excellent information to understand needs. The author went to great lengths with reference material, and breakdown of parts which is much appreciated and very helpful. Very good, not often you get a nutrition-course with heavier focus on the science behind body functions and how the body handles the various nutrients, and debunking various myths along the way.
