It gives a good general knowledge but It didn't teach us how to make a proper diet for ourselves based on our targets.

Very good match for me, first course I have done since I finished school in 2012. Wasn't to much information to make it overwhelming and the perfect start to get me back into the swing of things. Straight to the point with information!
