I was up all night listening and learning about nutrition in diet planing and meal prep the with very informative and I have learn so much I had a wide knowledge about it but that fact that you can do it and get an accredited certification diploma is mind blowing, the teaching aspect was very smooth and the lecture break it down very easily for everyone to understand. I though I needed a week but before I sit the quiz but I must say the way how the lecture teaches you can learn so much from him in one day.

This was the very first course I enrolled in with Udemy and with Felix. I was not sure what to expect and this course went above and beyond. Felix is knowledgeable in his fields, he provides incredible in-depth information, the presentation layout is organized, and he is well spoken. I completed the Diet & Meal Prep course first, followed by Holistic Health & Nutrition. I believe by taking the Diet & Meal Prep course first I was set up well for the Holistic course. (I do not believe it matters which course you take first, but I definitely understood the Holistic one better.) I HIGHLY recommend this course and Felix.
