A whole lot of knowledgeable topics have been taught here. many myths have been debunked till now. The whole idea of weight loss Vs muscle building and how to go about it has started making so much sense now.

Definitely worth it, I learnt a lot. The course content was easy to understand and relate to. I didn't realize that the TDEE calculation was so easy and detrimental to weight loss. I like that the different diets out there are discussed and explained.

I love that the course is providing the why instead of just telling people what to do.
