I am o obese and I can't do heavy workouts. Also I dont have access to the gym as well. Even though I just did the warmup and cooldown, i feel great! Hope to advance to tougher exercises in this course. Great!

love the presentation style... well paced , clear and everything clearly explained. Ive been a member of a gym for over a year... always done some "warm_up", as directed by the instructor, but many of these warm-up exercises are new, gentle and effective and even challenging. Good clear guidance on the need to warm-up: I've learnt something new so for me this information is much appreciated. Thanks

This is a fantastic course for those who want to get a proper workout from the comfort of your home. The instructor guides you through each exercise in a detailed manner with the right technique so that you don’t injure yourself. The best part, no specialised equipment is required. Instructor is VERY nice to look at. Really knows his stuff! I've done movements I've never seen before. Instructor takes his time to show you proper techniques and moves at a great pace. I do not feel overdone, but I feel healthier and happier. Thank you for such a great course! (I'm a beginner)

I like the fact he encourage you to warm up before starting out, and to point out that your joints and ligament need to be warm up before working is great. Over the long run anyone should appreciate that you have an warm up routine. If you understand this is life style change for ever.
