The neurological process employees go through during change

Psychology and Neuroscience impacts of change on your employees

The unconscious employee decision making process

Why take this course?

The most expensive and painful challenges that your organization may face is the ineffective facilitation of the human side of change. A majority of change management programs simply think that blasting out an email and mandating training is effective change. However, to truly help people through their own individual change journeys, you need to understand what is happening in their brain and facilitate that brain change process. This program presents a total of 4 models based on over 14  years of research, experience, and projects. We will explore the innate neurological processes of the brain during change and uncover the unconscious employee decision process.

Interesting, but it is dissapointing to have a recorded in-person class instead of a class designed for a virtual platform

I think it was a great way of learning how to educate people about the processes that take place within an employees mind.....but some practical examples of how this Knowledge is put into action as a change manager would have been great.

Great material to help practitioners understand how to best facilitate the neurological brain and influence the unconscious decision making process during a change. I'll definitely be reviewing notes again!

Excellent. Probably the best course I've done on Udemy. Motivating presentation, in addition to the comprehensive content.

The course was too theoretical in nature. Was expecting more practice examples, business scenarios where Neuroscience could be applied to drive change within organizations.
