Really great course, thank you! It was a bit depressing to realize that some people actually think in these negotiative ways on purpose just to make a profit off of you, but just today I encountered a situation where I could apply the knowledge from this course and actually find a better offer. Before the course I would've agreed to the first offer because of "my own kindness", so to speak. It's a bit sad how often we disregard ourselves "in favor" of a service provider when we are the ones who are actually paying. Crazy. Anyway, do recommend. Helped me a lot!

This was a good supplemental training from His master negotiation training.... I like the irony at the end of this one when he is asking for reviews and ratings....but we cant negotiate it. We are forced to make a "yes" or "no" choice about providing a rating and review. This made me chuckle at that and also showed me how my mindset has changed after taking these courses.

This course was eye-opening. When I started I found negotiating difficult and embarassing. Now I'm negotiating important deals while feeling absolutely rock steady. The concepts and pointers Mr. Croft teaches in this course are fantastic and I will benefit from this course for the rest of my life.

Very practical! practicality is good, but there is a lot to do with psychology, body language and empathy that I was expecting to see.
