About The Instructor

Chris Benjamin, MBA & CFO is a seasoned professional with over 25 years experience in accounting and finance and negotiation.  Having spent the first 10 years of my career in corporate settings with both large and small companies, I learned a lot about the accounting process, managing accounting departments, financial reporting, external reporting to board of directors and the Securities and Exchange Commission, and working with external auditors.  

The following 10+ years I decided to go into CFO Consulting, working with growing companies and bringing CFO level experience to companies.  I help implement proper best business practices in accounting and finance, consult on implementation of accounting systems, implementing accounting procedures, while also still fulfilling the CFO roll for many of my clients which includes financial reporting, auditing, working with investors, financial analysis and much more.  Over the course of my career I've had to negotiate anything from salary to consulting contracts to business deals.

Lessons are short - which is not the biggest problem since I knew before the course duration. However, for almost 1/3 of the courses he is just advertising other programs he has.

Having spent the past twelve years negotiating commercial contracts for large blue chip companies I was looking for a course to revise and refresh my knowledge and skills in the area of negotiation. This was an excellent course which thoroughly covered the topic and is suitable for all those looking to start or refresh their knowledge in this area.

Good , Learnt Global Negotiation part from this. I would recommend to bring more points on process on Negotiation and Personal Development. This course should be useful for Global students hence to look in to Globally how the negotiation happens.

- The quality of the training is overall low. This includes both content production quality and actual content quality - The content stays at a basic level, mainly trying to list common knowledge points - There is very limited interaction if any, with only a group exercise at the end which you cannot do if taking the training alone which is what most people do - The training title is somewhat misleading (when I head complete masterclass to negotiation skills I expect something much more elaborate than this)

Great course, negotiating is part of my day job and the course gave a good mix of new tips and a refresher on where I need to improve or hone my skills. Some may say it's all common sense but its only common sense if you know it and are aware of it! Thanks!
