Hi IT Was great learning experience and i appreciate mike for a unique way teaching with the theory and practical both are superb . But i personally feel Mike need to more elaborate about topic with more basics theory and practical with home work exercises .coz fundamental must be clear with all expect rather than programming point of view . Another great course. Concepts are simple, but structuring them into course material with examples and discussion sets the mind to better use the concepts when composing. This expedites the learning and experiential curve.

I liked the course a lot and learned many things but I would have liked it if there was more examples for each lesson. I think Micheal could go in more details a bit before switching to the next video. But I understand it is named: "The Fundementals of rythm" so I would like another one called "Advanced Rythm" or something like that. Thanks for this great course Micheal!

Wow, i never knew there was so much to drums and percussion... i learned about space,silence,rhythm with percussion,with drums,with instruments and many other things....but is till cant create a drum track for a song.... Would have been nice to see Mike create a few drum tracks in the video- why to use certain instruments, where to use them.... what instruments sound like layered and why and where to put the layers..... how to assemble all the percussion instruments, what beat they come in on, and why....and video examples of Mike creating all this.... I do have a better understanding of rhythm,drums,percussion,space,layering,silence,dynamics, but not really how to use it all, and how it all fits in the grid..... or how to set it up completely....

I like Mike. This is direct, to the point but not too quickly over it. Feel like I will go back through this a few times just to make sure I am practicing these things he teaches. I do wish there were some midi files to play with and also wish there was more on seeing how he builds his rhythms in real time. Still worth it all (time and $). Thank you Mike!
