The model that the instructor created was very messy. He unwrapped the model for the UV map, but that was it.

Excellent tutorial! I would have loved having this course also while studying 3D modeling. Great content, useful tool a pleasure to read very easy to follow thanks to an excellent design and organized subject in addition to the valuable interviews of recognized and experienced 3D artist. Not very happy, the steps are not explained very well, and the tools used are not detailed enough. I bought this for the UV Layout section, and the tool was not explained well, and they don't show the steps of sending the model back into Maya. There is a constant microphone hiss in the background and the narrator sniffs quite often. The course could be improved with a more efficient workflow, and better explanation of what is happening and why.
